1. Shipping Destinations
We currently provide delivery services exclusively to the United States (excluding all overseas territories, military bases, and P.O. Boxes). International shipping to other countries is not supported at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: All orders are prepared, packed, and handed to couriers within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders received after the cut-off time on Friday or during weekends will begin processing on the following business day.

We utilize a flat-rate pricing model to ensure there are no surprises at checkout. Your definitive shipping fees are calculated and shown prior to final payment:

To optimize delivery speeds, the vast majority of our domestic US orders are dispatched straight from our fulfillment facility located in Ontario, California. Depending on real-time size availability and regional stock levels, select parcels may occasionally ship via our global fulfillment network. Reliable tracking is guaranteed for all shipments regardless of origin.

6. Address Accuracy & Disclaimers
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Ziitop is not liable for items lost due to inaccurate address submission. If a package is returned to sender because of an address mistake, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your shipment arrives physically damaged, please retain all packing materials and contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage.
